Everything is made to order and freshly baked, so you can enjoy pastries at their very best. From the first mix to the final bite, each creation is handcrafted with love, bringing you something that feels homemade, indulgent, and made just for you.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
2.1 Our products are prepared with care and high-quality ingredients.
2.2 Allergen information is available upon request.
2.3 As products are handmade, slight variations in color, taste, and decoration may occur.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
3.1 All our products are handmade to order.
3.2 An order is only final after confirmation by hibilane.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
4.1 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4.2 Payment must be made at the time of ordering or according to the agreed payment term.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION
4.1 An order can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours after order was completed.
4.2 After 24 hours of completing an order, cancellations and refunds are no longer permitted.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will be delivered this coming weekend.
6.2 Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be delivered the following weekend.
6.3 Because we personally deliver our orders, delivery times may vary depending on the number and location of orders scheduled for that weekend. 

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All photos, designs, texts, and creations are the property of Hibillane.
6.2 It is not permitted to copy, publish, or use our content without prior written permission.

SECTION 7 - LIABILITY
Hibilane is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or transport after collection.
